Chapter I: Removing the NES circuit board

Part 1: Opening the NES

First flip the NES up-side down, and remove the 6 Phillips screws that hold the casing together.


Now return your NES right side up, and remove the top part of half of the NES casing (see below)


You now sucessfully opened up you NES, now proceed to Step 2.


On to Part 2: removing the RF shielding
